Her professional philosophy and contribution to subscribers:

-
To understand and capitalise on the strengths and vulnerabilities of early conditioning by family and the community to reduce the internal conflict with self.
-
To explore dreams, values and life goals with potential partners to build more fulfilling and healthy relationships.
-
To assess individual invention, creative design, and build personal capacity for career fulfilment and growth; the enrichment and evolution of life purpose and a strong sense of contribution.
-
To prevent unclear distress by patients predicting and then creatively approaching negative impacts of life in a new way.
-
To build a supportive relationship with self by monitoring moods and physical imbalances, to develop preventative measures with future disease both physically and psychologically based.
-
To work towards de-stressing and de-aging the mind and body. Thus, engendering the optimal health and creative expression of self to lead to longevity and respectful emotional and spiritual fulfilment.
